    → Breathwork, calm under pressure, vagus nerve reset, emotional labeling, and foundational health rituals that drive performance.

    Day 3 – Vision & Tenacity
    People don’t burn out from working hard—they burn out from losing sight of why it matters.
    → Craft a resilient vision, build mental grit, and transform obstacles into fuel for forward motion.

    Day 4 – Reasoning & Collaboration
    When pressure hits, leaders default to habits. Train better ones.
    → Learn reappraisal, belief coaching, mirror mentoring, time mastery, and the relational muscle of trust.

    Day 5 – Integration & Assessment
    This is where knowledge becomes embodiment.
    → Case presentations, peer coaching, live feedback, and a roadmap to build resilient cultures from the inside out.
