    I coach because I’m deeply moved by who you are beneath the surface —not just what you do, but what you carry, what you long for,and what part of you is quietly waiting to return home.

    No two journeys are the same.That’s what keeps me listening.What you need won’t come from a fixed method or a step-by-step plan.It will come from presence — mine, and yours.

    I walk beside you, not ahead of you.Sometimes what’s needed is breath.Sometimes silence.Sometimes a question that breaks open a deeper knowing.

    At the core of my work is resilience —not the kind that hardens or hustles,but the kind that adapts, softens, deepens, and reawakens.The kind that lets you live with truth in your bones.

    To me, resilience means being fully human:rooted in your body, clear in your values, open to the mystery.

    And this work — this walking-together —is how we begin to remember.

    We start with an introduction

    Good coach/client chemistry is important before beginning. That’s why I schedule a 45 minute Zoom call to learn more about what’s drawing you to seek coaching, and to share more about my approach.

    Intake Session

    We’ll dig further into who you are, what you want, and how you want to engage the world. We’ll identify your commitment to your future self, which will serve as the North Star of our work together.

    Custom coaching program

    You, as my client, drive this journey. It builds on your commitment to yourself that we identify in the Intake session. You’ll have bi-weekly sessions to ensure you are achieving your business and personal goals.
